I am a student working on integrating IBM WatsonX with ServiceNow, and I'm facing an issue that I hope someone can help me with.
I’m following a tutorial video (from the official IBM YouTube page) where the instructor uses a record named IBM WatsonX with plugin ID: sn_ibm_watsonx_spk.IBM_watsonx. However, in my ServiceNow developer instance, I cannot find this record in the Connections and Credentials Alias section. I’ve tried searching for the plugin with the mentioned ID but am still unable to locate it.

In the video, there are several records listed under Connections and Credentials Alias, but in my instance, I can't seem to find any of them. Could anyone help me understand why this might be happening or what I'm missing?
