Please help me to find where knowledge feedback was configured

where can i find below options "the article is incomplete" and other options. please tell me.

Hi @Arun61 ,

To configure the options displayed while submitting the feedback,

configure the dictionary of field "reason" of "kb_feedback" table, and add or remove the choices  from "choices" related lists as per your requirement.

Hello @Arun61 

• Navigate to kb_feedback table.
• Open dictionary of reason field(If field is not visible, configure the layout).
• In related list under choice section you can modify the choices.
