Please help on script for scripted rest api post.

1. Existing transform maps already created 

2. build scripted rest api staging for above transform maps.

3. if Json or csv or xl how find to from script how to transfer from script to staging table.

I am at stuck creating script on rest api for "abc" transformaps like file type json/csv  format.
