Please help with Notification Advanced condition.

Hello,

How to write a notification advanced condition based on the Catalog Item priority.

For example, if the RITM priority changed to 1, then the notification importance should be "High" else set the importance to "Low"

Here what I have done, but it did not work.  Please help.  Thank you

Hello @Radhika11

Greetings!

The advanced condition checks whether the condition returns true or false.

I think it will not set the email importance from there.

I think you will have to create two notifications. for the one with priority 1, you can use the setting in  "what will it contain" area of the email notifications that allows you to set that notification as high importance.

Hi @Radhika11 ,

Hope you are doing great.

Yes this is possible. You can trigger notifications based on any logic or based on any field values on the form. You create 2 separate notifications (one when RITM priority changes to 1and other When RITM Priority changes to some other value apart from 1). In this way, you can customize the body of the email easily for both cases.
