Hi @sruthig ,
No, not to my knowledge. I have seen this message several times (I also received it today and is on Vancouver release). Only option is to release as written and request a fresh installation.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

Hi there,
Like Anders mentioned, this message is shared by a ton of people also, regardless which release or that it was a pretty recent instance or a few years old.
Personally I didn't receive the email yet. No clue what the exact reason or logic is for who is getting the emails and who is not.
Anyway, you should ALWAYS backup your work, as a PDI might disappear or hibernate indefinitely suddenly. The free PDI's also come without any support.
Kind regards,

Hi, Sruthi,
One of my friends got the same email from ServiceNow. Its best if you save your work in Github repository or update sets, export them and release the instance. If you dont release your instance, it will be taken back anyway. You can merge all the update sets to one parent update set and export it.
If you found my reply helpful, please mark it as solution and helpful.
Thanks and regards,
Ehab Pilloor
