There are hundreds of plugins provided by ServiceNow. Are you referring to that list available under Plugins at the link below?
Or would you like to check how many plugins are currently installed in your instance?

You can view the list of available plugins directly from the instance.
- In the Application Navigator, search for Application Manager and open it. From there, you’ll be able to see all installed and available plugins.
You can also use the filters in Application Manager to narrow down the list based on status or application name.
- Also You can just Type v_plugin.list in the Filter Navigator and press Enter. This will open a raw list of all plugins including their IDs like this:
