Hi Community,

 

1. Please tell me whether list collector users able to see their requests in service portal?

2. and whether will they get notifications whenever requestor raise a request on behalf of them?

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

 

If it contains a single user then yes to both of your questions. Never tried if multiple entries are there in it for both of ur questions. 

You can try once in ur PDI n check for multiple .
