Plugin Activation Failed on PDI

Has anyone else had any issues with activating plugins on their PDIs? I have been trying for multiple days. I have reset and wiped my instance, released and requested new, etc. Nothing I have done has worked.

Having the same problem. I tried installing a few plugins and wasn't able to, so I released my PDI last week thinking it was something wrong with the instance itself. I had to wait a week to get a new and only just got the PDI today. I'm trying reinstall the same plugins a had installed a month or so ago and I'm unable to now.

I haven't found any workarounds yet, but if I find anything I'll mention it here. Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

Edit: here are some logs from after I tried to install the plugin. Hopefully someone has some more insight than I do into these.
