Hi,
I'm trying to install following plugins,
com.snc.pa.customer_service
com.snc.pa.premium.cs
but I got the following error,
"Plugins must be loaded into the global domain..."
What would be the root cause? I tried installing it in my personal instance in "Customer Service" scope and it works fine.
Thanks.

OK, what is the status of the system plugin record now?
Do you get the opportunity to use related links: Activate / Repair?
Do you see any additional information about the error in the Related List: Plugin Activation Logs
