Plugin installation error

Hi,

I'm trying to install following plugins, 

com.snc.pa.customer_service

com.snc.pa.premium.cs

but I got the following error,

"Plugins must be loaded into the global domain..."

What would be the root cause? I tried installing it in my personal instance in "Customer Service" scope and it works fine.

I recently faced the same issue for one of the plugin I tried to install. But when I switched to classic app manager I was able to install plugin without any errors.
