Plugin is install but not able to see it in Application Navigator > plugins

Software Assets Management Foundation Plugin is install on Dev instance I am able to see it on sys_plugins.list in the filter navigator. But when I am Navigating to 'System Definitions > Plugins' or typing "plugin" in the filter navigator then I am unable to find it there. 
Why is it so can anybody help me on this?? How can I see my Software Assets Management Foundation Plugin in the plugin list.

Plugin id: com.snc.sams
Plugin Name : Software Assets Management Foundation.

Hi @Ashishsk ,

You don't get to see the SAM foundation plugins under Plugins in PDI!!

What you can do is Navigate to your Developer portal :https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home

Click on your Profile Picture on the right top corner.

Then, under "Instance Options" click on "Activate Plugin":

This is not my PDI so this method will not work If it would have been my PDI I would have make changes likewise but thank you for your time.

you can check ur installed pluigns in plugin installed module

please hit the Thumb Icon and mark as Correct.

Rajesh I know where can i see plugins but I am unable to find my plugin there. Thank You for you time.
