Plugin not available for installation after get from Store

Hi Everyone,

 

I am facing one issue while installing the 'Bitsight for IT Service Management' plugin in the ServiceNow instance. It's showing 'Ready to install' on ServiceNow store after I clicked on 'GET' option there but not visible in application manager for installation. I have synced from the store and have also tried logout and login. I checked 'Available to Obtain from Store' also but it's not visible there as well. On ServiceNow store, it's showing 'Free'.  Could anyone please help?

FYI - my instance version is Yokohama now.
