Here's just a couple thoughts that came to mind that may be helpful.
- Understand the differences between server and client scripts
- Think about coding differences, limitations, how they work together, ways to leverage code in each
- Know how script includes work and how they can be called in various ways
- Think about Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies and client scripts
- What are the scenarios in which these should be used and limitations of each
- Service Portal widgets and how they can interact with each other and some of the above tools

Hi @Venkumahant
It's hard to say exactly what will be asked, as it largely depends on your experience and what you mention on your CV. Based on my experience, interviewers nowadays tend to ask questions related to your CV. Also, take a look at the answer by @Chaz and search on YouTube or Google for more updates; you'll find additional information there.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
