Hi,

Good Day! I need help in installing a plugin "Servicenow for Microsoft teams" in my PDI, which is currently not available in the plugins list, and I can't proceed with the "Request plugin" it needs Now support ID which I'm not having for my PDI.

Thanks in advance, I am able to connect virtual agent with MS teams but the Portal working in MS Teams needs that plugin.

Hi,

Please check if you have done below pre-requisites

    • Glide Virtual Agent plug-in(required for installing HR Service Delivery integration with Microsoft Teams)
    • Agent Chat plug-in (required for enabling live agent via Microsoft Team)
    • Agent workspace plug-in (required for agent chat to call and major incident management features)
  • Second, you need a ServiceNow instance that is on Rome and above. Once you are on a supported family release, you will have the below apps available on your instance.
  • Install the plugins.
    • Go to System Application > All Available Applications > All
    • Search for ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams and install.

Thanks,

Valmik

Hi Valmik,

Thanks for the quick response. I'm having the plugins mentioned in point 1 installed and my PDI version is San Diego. Though I can't see the plugin  ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams in my Plugins list in System Application > All Available Applications > All. Any other way is there to resolve this?
