POLARIS UI Issue

Hi Experts,

Need your expertise in order to resolve Polaris UI issues.

We enabled Polaris UI for the first time in our Washington DC instance and noticed that filter button, right click options, reference field search lookup and many other things are not working for any form.

 

Has anybody noticed this in their instance and found a solution for it?
