Hi All,

 

I have a Requirement , Popular catalog items are should appear based on login users in popular items widget in service portal .

 

For Example :

I have login into service portal What is used frequently  Catalog item are should appear  in popular items , I frequently used catalog items are

1)hardware,

2)software

3)application

these are only appear in popular items when i login into service portal

 x Person is login into service portal they are Frequently used Catalog items are should appear in popular item , x person used catalog items are 

1)department service

2)service 

3)apple iphone 

these are only appear in popular items when x person login into service portal

 

Please help me on this

Hi @karishma shaik ,

 

In this issue, I would suggest the recent Items widget which is OOB, in which based on user recent selected/viewed items the items will be shown and coming to popular items, these are populated based on all the user requests and views.
