populate choice field based on another field?

Hi all,

I have a requirement where I have to populate a choice field based on another field choice value. How can I achieve this?

One error in my reply - The 'u_stack' in my example is the column name in the cmdb table where I obtained my list of values from. So the Ref Qualifier compares the value in that column to (in my case) not to be the same as the value selected in the first list, then adds it to the list of possible values for the 2nd choice/list field.

You can do it with business rules and making field dependent as Pavan mentioned above.
