Hi,
I have a requirement that goes like this.
On a Catalog Item, there is a mandatory field called "A", type is string.
In the table sys_user there will be a field to be created, field "B".
When submit this Catalog Item, there will be a request and requested item created from this Catalog Item.
I want whenever the value of field "A" is updated via submitting this Catalog Item, the field "B" will be populated with the requested item number that the "A" field is originated from. I've tried to write a Business rule to run everytime there is a submission from the table sc_req_item but still can't track the field "A" on the catalog item.
Any idea ?
