Hello everyone,
My company recently upgraded from ServiceNow Utah to Washington DC. I have a question about a new feature. We have two portals: one for HR and another for IT/facilities requests.
Why does the "Save as Draft" feature only appear on the HR portal and not on the IT portal? Also, when I test the feature on the HR portal, I see a link to view my draft after saving, but my draft doesn't appear when I click it.
Any advice on this?
