Populate group members list based on CI selection in a catalog item

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to populate group members list of "Normal Approval Group 3" to a variable "Select ARO/IRO Approver" based on the selection of CI(cmdb_ci_service>support group/owner group>Normal Approval Group 3>members list).

Need to check both CI support group and owner group in groups table if Normal Approval Group3 field has assignment group value then populate members list on the catalog variable "Select ARO/IRO Approver".

Help me with the solution.
