populate subcategory based on role

I have subcategory if a person having IT role clicks on that subcategory fields I whole catalog should go to manager approval can u give me the code based on this in workflow

It is not look good, that you are asking direct solution. If I am not wrong, you had something similar issue and community suggested the solution as well.
With in Flow
If condition
Logged in user has ITIL role
then
Action.

Actually u gave some links that I have studied and also it is only for checking user role and that I have did it but according to the role when I click on subcategory fields it should go approval from the choice tablethat I am not getting it
