An end user selects a record producer, populates the fields, submits and then in the submitted record, they can click on a tab labelled "Submitted Form". Looks like a read-only version of the form they just populated. Awesome so far.
Same record has an approval associated with it. Approver gets notification, clicks link in email, and then gets taken to Portal to review the record.
Approver is presented with content compiled by something called the Approval Summarizer. The presented content falls spectacularly short of adequate if I am being polite - particularly where the record producer contains check boxes. Being true/false the variable summarizer presents this as:
Label (carriage return) false, or Label (carriage return) true - which to the approver is not a great UI experience.
Is there anyone who has figured out how to present the "Submitted Form" with the pending approval in the portal?
