Portal Language Selector configuration mapping of language

How the language mapping is done in language selector, example if user is from china then lang selector will show 3 option English, Traditional Chinese, Chinese and if user is from Spain the 2 option English and Spanish.

I just wanted to know how this mapping is done as i need to add a lang.

To add another language have to activate it in the Languages table (sys_language).

If you don't find it there, then activate the plugin related to the language.
