Hi, unfortunately your post has no details of your configuration and debugging, meaning there is little to assist with diagnostics. Have you confirmed that the table is added to the correct search group, is indexed, that there are no acl's preventing access. This KB article would be a good starting point for your investigations.

from the Service Portal i have search text box when i search for the case number result not found.
where exactly need to check for this configuration.
