@Kapil_Gera ,

What do you want to edit in this widget?

This widget has configured from the "ticket_configuration" table , PFA screenshot, you can change the configurations there and it will reflect in the widget!

Hello @Kapil_Gera ,

OOTB ticket view is standard_ticket on SP as per Page Route Map it redirects to standard_ticket  from ticket:

If u want "standard_ticket" view to show case to your end user then it is ok, or else u need to change it in page route map.

For standard_ticket view on the portal, u need to clone the "std_ticket_conversations" widget and do ur customization as per the requirement:

For "ticket" view, u need to do customization in "widget-ticket-conversation".
