Portal page link shows id=ticket but page is actually showing standard ticket

Portal page link shows id=ticket but page is actually showing standard ticket. If I have to configure anything then which page widgets should I edit id=standard ticket or id=ticket.

Can you provide more information as what are you trying to add in Standard ticket widget?

I want to stop additional comments i.e. that conversation to be stopped when state is resolved.

Why do we have this Page Route Map? Why could we not use the Page "Standard_ticket" directly in the "My Request Filter". Even in brand new instances I see the Page Route Maps. I couldn't find any documentation that explains this. Any help will be much appreciated.
