Hi Experts,
Good Day!
After upgrading to Tokyo, our portal page is behaving differently. It is showing in different languages for the end users.
Could anyone tell me how to overcome this.
Best Regards,
AtchutRam

Hello @srikar vinjamur
Greetings!
Check if the user preference language for the users set different language.
To resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to User Preferences
2. Create a default user language preference by clicking New
3. Add the following info
Name: user.language
System: checked
User: leave it empty
Type: string
Value: en
4. Click Submit
The portal language will be defaulted to English.
please mark the answer as correct and helpful based on Impact.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra

Hi there,
Can you provide a bit background on your situation? Is this for all users or a specific selection? Is it an out-of-the-box portal? A custom portal? Is it your full portal or only a few pages / widgets? Are those widgets out-of-the-box, custom? I assume you checked the language user preference of the user(s)? Etc..
Kind regards,
Mark
