portal page visibility issue

Hello Community members, 

 

We have created a custom portal and the homepage there has both snc_internal and snc_external role. Then I created a taxonomy for this portal, child topics and connected content and linked some record producers and some quick links. 

 

One of the quick link is "take_assessment" OOB page in servicenow, it also has both snc_internal and snc_External role, but when I am impersonating users to whom I have assigned this assessment, its telling that "you are not authorized or the record is not valid". 

 

Also, all of this is created in custom application and in global domain. Could anyone of you suggest what could be the possible debugging method ?

Hi @Shivalika ,

 

Did u try the Access analyzer for checking the access. I believe that will quickly tell you what is missing from the roles perspective.
