In our project ..on portal side on request view employee can see request number in url .. Ideally it should be sys_id ... so any idea anyone how to do that?

Hi @Ajiteshsharma , 

Please share the screen shot, ideally when we roll-over on request record the record link displayed at left bottom corner showing the table name and sys_id of that that record. Are you referring the same.
