Portal Widget : redirection after gs.getMessage() isn't working

Hi ,

I have a requirement to redirect the "form" widget to "hri_user_profile" page on clicks of "Save" button, When a delegate record has been added/updated in the form.

I have cloned the "form" widget as it's OOB ,and created a new widget "delegate form". When I click on "Save" , it does redirect me to "hri_user_profile" page , however , it doesn't display the message. It displays message only on the bottom but not on the banner as "Record added"/"Record updated" . It shows the message if I remove the redirect line. Below is my client cntroller code. In function constructResponseHandler(response),the code for message is OOB, I have only added the redirect lines.Can someone please advise ?

Hi @sameer S ,

I am not sure how this will behave in a client script but its worth a shot.

The issue is not with the syntax but the placement of the lines. For some reason the message line gets skipped and the redirect happens. If I remove redirect line, the msg shows just fine. Thank you though!
