The CIO Dashboard Metrics Configuration list must be updated with the metrics data in order for the visual to show up on the verticals.
Complete the fields accordingly.
The Metric field is where you will search for the Indicator that the metric is based off of. Be sure to add your breakdown in the Group by when the visual is a bar or pie chart - but this is something you can change anytime or while customizing in Ui Builder. Check Headline Metrics if you want the metric to appear at the top of the vertical; otherwise leave it disabled and it will appear on the lower half of the metric - in UI builder when setting up the metrics the 1st visual in the lower half is Supporting Metric1.
