Possibility to show week days and dates in form

Hello Team,

I have a requirement where user selects a date, based upon selected date, next 7 days and dates should be visible in SNOW form. 

Can anyone let me know what would be the best approach to do this?

May I please know, where on the form you wanted to show next 7 days? Is it in a multi-line field or in a modal. Both of the scenarios are possible. 
You can use on change client script for the same!!
