Post a message to a Teams Channel from Virtual Agent

We have a Flow that uses the Microsoft Teams 'Post a message' spoke action to send a message to one of our Microsoft Teams channels using a webhook URL.

We would like to configure Virtual Agent to be able to do the same, I have added the Microsoft Teams action into the Virtual Agent designer, selected 'Post a message' and inputted the webhook URL however every time I try to test it I get the error "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation". I know the webhook URL I've entered is 100% correct and the only other inputs I've populated are Title and Message which are both free-text strings, I understand that the rest of the inputs are optional so have not populated these.

I don't recall having to do any pre-configuration in order to get this spoke in Flow Designer to work, I have searched around online but can't see anything that mentions any other steps/configuration that need to be done to get this to work. Can someone help me understand how I can get this spoke in VA to work?
