Post button disappearing after the worknote or additional comments set to mandatory.

Hello everyone,

Whenever I set the work note or additional comments to mandatory, the post button disappears.

I don't know what's causing this. Can anybody help me out with this ?

Can you please check if you suppose write any mandatory thing in "Post" button UI Action. 

Where you set the mandatory thing ??

Hi Kevin,

I had the same question from one of our customer, this is expected behaviour for the way the Activity Stream plugin is designed to handle work notes and additional comments.

One of my customer wants to see worknotes and additional comments as HTML field in incident form. I have achieved that by creating two new custom field and hiding the existing fields and writing two before business rules to copy the data from new fields to the older one. One thing which is missing is the post button beneath the work notes and comments. Could you please tell me , how can i achieve the same
