Post MRVS values in OOTB Approval email comments section

I have a catalog item that contains a MRVS, I want to be able to send this information in the comments section of the OOTB Approval Notification that happens for Approval Tasks. For other variables I was able to populate the description field of the RITM with values from the Catalog Item and then it was able to display these values in the comments section of the email. How can I do this with a MRVS?
