Idea: Dynamic report schedule based on a user field within the report
Description: Dynamic report schedule based on a user field within the report.
Would like the option when scheduling a report to send to a dynamic list of user(s) based on a user field in the report (i.e. assignee, opened_by, demand_manager, etc.). When the scheduled email of the report is executed either on a set schedule or ad-hoc, it would trigger updating the user list and then send the report to this list of users.
We've seen this request come up over the years from and understand we could create a custom scalable solution but would prefer if ServiceNow implemented a solution all their customers would have access to.
