Pre- requisite to activate/install Vendor Management Workspace

What are the Pre- requisite before activating Vendor Management Workspace, my client wants to use this module.

Can anyone help me understand Pre- requisite (plugings/properties etc) to be install or activate to use Vendor Management Workspace Module. Build name: Vancouver

Vendor Risk Management is not required. I have Vendor Manager Workspace enabled for my client without VRM. If you want to perform risk management of vendors in ServiceNow, then VRM is required.

Hello Rafmine,

Vendor Manager Workspace is included in ITSM Professional. Hence, if your client has ITSM Pro, then its available to Opt-in from ServiceNow Store. Vendor Risk Management is needed if you want to perform risk mgmt of your vendors on top of VM Workspace.

You should always check with your SN account manager to confirm if any cost implications of enabling the plugin.

Also, refer to ServiceNow's Now Create (https://nowlearningdev.service-now.com/nowcreate) which has useful documentation on process, guidelines, procedures, etc. that assist you and your client in understanding the Process & People aspect before rolling out the plugin.

As we use VM workspace in GRC/IRM world as Third Party Risk Management.

Then, we also have Vendor manager workspace for ITSM.
