Hi

I have installed Predictive intelligence for incident then I got Assidnment group, CI, category as oob-- classificstion solution definition. So I have activated and trained and we have oob br to populate fields for assignment group, CI ,CATEGORY with predicted values. For us it's not populating and br is active can anyone suggest do we need to do anything else or whats the issue?

Hi there @Vedavalli 

verify the confidence threshold, because if it is set too high, values may not populate. Another thing to check is whether any other Business Rule or script is overwriting the predicted values after the OOB BR runs. You can also review the Prediction Logs to confirm predictions are getting generated properly. most importantly checkk its its published.

I have run the br script for one incident record in background script then output is

Hi @Vedavalli 

1. If  you have mandatory Assignment group, CI, category - solution will not work. Make it non mandatory

2. Ensure you have trained your solution definition and test it .

3. Try with same testing value , check in incident.

those are mandatory before that I'm filling it with some random value after inserting it should populate right ?
