Hi

I have installed Predictive intelligence for incident then I got Assidnment group, CI, category as oob-- classificstion solution definition. So I have activated and trained and we have oob br to populate fields for assignment group, CI ,CATEGORY with predicted values. For us it's not populating and br is active can anyone suggest do we need to do anything else or whats the issue?

no, it will not work.. make those non-mandatory and try, all fields will be autopopulate.

Are you getting correct result while testing the model?

If yes, then BR has problem.
