So the task is to update the work notes of the child incident to the parent incident. The problem is that we need to update the child incident's work notes as well if there's an updation of the parent incident, therefore, creating a recursive loop.
The parent to child business rule seems to be an OOB feature and I had to write the BR for the child to parent. So any help regarding this topic will me much appreciated.
