Hi Everyone,
I need your help, please. I have a knowledge base with a user criteria assigned to "can read", when creating an article the message "This article may be visible to unauthenticated users after it is published. Do you still want to proceed?" is displayed.
Why does this happen? I don't need my articles to be accessed by unauthenticated users.
My user criteria is created based on a department so that users assigned to that department have read access to knowledge articles., could that be the reason?

Hi @Santiago Ruales ,
That's a Default message being displayed. As this modal used as a page template that informs Knowledge Management users of anything important they should know before publishing an article to the knowledge base and asks them to confirm their decision.
However, as i see, you already have a User Criteria added under "Can read", then it won't be visible for unauthenticated users . If it was empty then then it would be.
