I have a requirement that a user with a specific role, let’s say role no.backend, should not be able to access the platform ITIL view.
I have tried using SPEntryPage(), but the issue is that when the user has a specific backend link, they can still access the view.
I have read many KB articles and community posts and found out that there is a system property called glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess which can prevent users without role from accessing the platform ITIL view. Is there an alternative to this system property or some workaround method to fulfill the requirement?
I welcome and appreciate any opinions.
