Preview caller is not available in the record information caller in the sow.

When we upgraded to Washington D.C. and I view existing incident record in the SOW and I click info icon in the caller in the record information it is showing like this. How to show caller info in this popup?

 

Component is not figured

Add details in the configuration pane

I am getting the same issue, How you have fixed it. Have you raised HI case. If yes, do they have any PRB raised for the same.
