Add icon on tab in workspace?

can we add icon on record beside number
Need to place a chat icon beside IMS number and this shall be blue when chat is active and change the color when chat has ended

I doubt it is available OOTB and need a customization. May I know what is the use case for same?

Hi Atul,
We have recently switched to Service Operation Workspace from Agent Workspace. In Agent workspace Chat icon was available but now on Service Operation Workspace it is not showing icon for Chat near IMS number on the banner.
Can you please guide me where exactly the icons are added for the chat window on Workspace.
