Preview screen required a scroll bar in Description field

Hello Team,

I have a requirement that in description field I want a scroll bar maybe sometime description is to long so that agent can use that scroll bar when they will preview the record is there any way to enable the scroll bar.

It would probably be worth changing the field dictionary to String(Full UTF-8)

That should enable the resizing of the Description field as well as the scrollbar.

Thanks for your quick response @Aeden Frost  The current Description field which I am is using HTML type so this scroll bar feature is not applicable for this field.
