Can you help me with the URL if I am using REST Message API so I can set an End point and attach it to the attachment?

I think this needs to be said the "Printer friendly version" seems to be more or less out of date.
You should export to PDF then print from the pdf.

Do not under-estimate the value and benefits of printer friendly version. For a start, when wanting to print a customer-facing version of a KBA from the backend, Export to PDF just does not cut it...you can only export to PDF while editing a KBA, not viewing it as a customer would see it. All of the backend fields, linked records and history appears when you export to pdf. A customer doesn't need to see all that, nor should they.
This is just one of the gaps in Knowledge Management in ServiceNow, there is a lot that can be improved in the area.
Regardless, the truncation of page at the right margin is totally annoying and causes me a great deal of frustration and effort to try to render a KBA into a readable offline form that can be read for approval by a non-licenced worker prior to publishing. The reality with knowledge is that you do deal with staff from many different areas of the organisation that won't have a licence because it's not justified in their main role.
