Priority Lookup rules

Hi ,

I have a customized table 'Accounts' which extends the task table . I have a requirement to add a new choice field 'Critical' in the 'Impact' field which is not present in the OOTB .and also i have to set up the priority matrix for this newly added value as well .

I created a Priority matrix table extending the dl_matcher table . and i created the Impact , urgency and priority field as it was not available OOTB .

I have defined a matrix and configured the datalookup also , but the match doesnt seem to work .

Can you please help me in this

1)first u create a table extended by data lookup matcher rules(dl_matcher)table.

2)in this table create 3 field

Impact

Urgency

 

Priority

and set the value next process is
