I’m looking to understand how different organizations are prioritizing the upcoming mandatory migrations and strategic initiatives ahead of the Brazil (or next) upgrade. With multiple deprecations and new capabilities on the horizon, it would be helpful to know how others are sequencing these transformations internally or for their clients.
Specifically, how are you prioritizing the following items?
- Migration from Workflows to Flows (Flow Designer)
- SPM Resource Plan & Allocation Workbench deprecation and migration paths
- Migration of legacy Reports to Platform Analytics (Next Experience dashboards)
- Migration of Workspaces to support AI capabilities
- AI adoption initiatives — which for many teams now seems to take the highest priority over others
Would love to hear how your teams or clients are planning, sequencing, and resourcing these areas. Any best practices, lessons learned, or sequencing recommendations are welcome.
My preference is in the same order if you have a smaller team of 2-3 people but if you have a bigger team or hiring implementation partners then legacy stuff can be handed over to them for migration and AI adoption can bee done internally.
