Problem in users from Azure AD after cloning

Hello,
about 1 week ago we cloned the production instance to the qa instance (we left the preserve table and the exclude table as they were), after this process we are facing a problem with the users. When we create a new group in azure and put in it, for example, 2 new users and 3 that already existed on the platform, the 2 new ones appear normally but the 2 that were already there appear as empty. The users in qa after the clone are the same as in PROD (same sys_ids) but before the clone the users had different sys_ids. Azure connections remains different in the 2 instances. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
