Problem Record need to get auto closed after 7 days

1.After problem record get resolved or comes to Resolved state then we have wait for 7 days then problem record get auto closed

2. Through Schedule Job how we can achieve this functionality without touching or going System properties.

Atul: Yes.

2. Through Schedule Job how we can achieve this functionality without touching or going System properties.

Atul: There is NO OOTB property like we have in incident to auto close. So schedule job is best option.
